How Does It Work?

Flat Annual Fee: $8,250/year

Our annual advisory fee is billed monthly in arrears. The advisory fee is typically paid from assets held under management. All assets are held at TD Ameritrade, Charles Schwab, or Fidelity.

Our fee does NOT increase when your assets do. This alone has a tremendous impact on our clients' ability to reach their financial goals.

How Does This Compare?

The "we do better when you do better" model doesn't work.

With the traditional AUM fee structure, most advisors charge a percentage of assets under management (AUM), usually between 1% - 2%. This means that as a portfolio grows, the investor pays more, even though the level of service and the amount of work typically stay the same.

With the flat-fee structure, you don't pay more, regardless of how much your portfolio grows. The size of your investment portfolio is generally a poor gauge of the complexity of your financial situation, and therefore a poor gauge of the amount of time and resources necessary to provide you with proper planning and advice. That's why we use a flat fee-only model.

The chart above shows how Warren Wealth Management's Flat Fee compares to the industry average asset based fees. The fees used in the chart and calculations below are from the AdvisoryHQ study"Average Financial Advisor Fees and Costs Report.
