A smarter way to pay for financial advice
As a fiduciary firm, we believe that investors should pay a credentialed financial advisor a fair flat fee based on the advisor's financial experience, education, and the services that they provide. Our flat fee pricing encompasses all aspects of retirement planning, not just investment management.
The "we do better when you do better" model doesn't work.
With ongoing planning and investment management, we're here to be your trusted partner to help you make the necessary decisions along the way. Financial planning is a process, not a product. It is a close, ongoing relationship involving regular connection points, including meetings, phone calls, and coaching. Our team consists of Certified Financial Planners, Tax Enrolled Agents, National Social Security Advisors, Medicare specialists, estate planners, and attorneys.
The ultimate goal is to help you create a successful retirement plan that will give you peace of mind and allow you to sleep at night, with a fair and transparent fee structure.

Flat Annual Fee: $8,250/year
Our annual advisory fee is billed monthly in arrears. The advisory fee is typically paid from assets held under management. All assets are held at TD Ameritrade, Charles Schwab, or Fidelity.
Our fee does NOT increase when your assets do. This alone has a tremendous impact on our clients' ability to reach their financial goals.

With the traditional AUM fee structure, most advisors charge a percentage of assets under management (AUM), usually between 1% - 2%. This means that as a portfolio grows, the investor pays more, even though the level of service and the amount of work typically stay the same.
With the flat-fee structure, you don't pay more, regardless of how much your portfolio grows. The size of your investment portfolio is generally a poor gauge of the complexity of your financial situation, and therefore a poor gauge of the amount of time and resources necessary to provide you with proper planning and advice. That's why we use a flat fee-only model.

When it comes to your money, there are many competing figures that will profess to tell you the best way to spend, save, and invest your hard-earned dollars.
If you speak to an insurance guy or gal, they will tell you that buying insurance products will guarantee your money lasts. If you speak with a banker, they will tell you to invest in a bank product (like a CD at the bank, or a mutual fund). And if you speak with a wall-street broker, they will tell you which stocks and ETFs to invest in.
So who is right?
Warren Wealth Management & Tax Planning is an integrated family office. We incorporate investment management, tax diversification, insurance needs analysis, and estate planning into one office. When we advise you on income planning or asset allocation, we're factoring taxes into account. If we recommend an insurance product, it's because we know how it will impact your overall retirement plan. We'll file your tax returns each year to make sure that your plan is on track, and we'll meet annually for reviews.
At a family office, you'll get integrated advice because the right hand always knows what the left hand is doing.
